Keeping track

Growth is something I struggled with all my life. I never created a clear plan or set goals, and when I set goals I never completed them.

I want to improve on that. Now that i’ve a family, i’m thinking much more about how and why I spend my time with clear intent. I’d love how Jordan Peterson speaks about this. “If for 10 years you didn’t avoid doing what you knew you needed to do, by your own definitions, what would you be like?”

This doesn’t mean you can’t do fun stuff anymore. It’s more about doing stuff that makes you happy. Instead of watching a Netflix show, I pick up my guitar to improve on my guitar playing an be more confident about it. Because this is part of my journey.

I’m going to write about keeping track of my progress. Keeping myself accountable throughout this blog. You can follow allong on everything I consume in a week. Books I’ve read, podcasts I’ve listened to, Products I bought, and progress on living a more healthy life.
